Started by Hetul Shah
OCS began with a decision. After years of hands-on experience building and shipping AI projects — from automation pipelines to LLM-powered applications and document intelligence — Hetul Shah had seen first-hand how much value the corporate world was leaving on the table.
That experience was sharpened by a role in technology at Deutsche Bank, where the stakes of getting enterprise systems right — reliability, security, compliance — were impossible to ignore. It was the kind of environment that teaches you exactly what "production-grade" really means.
With that grounding, Hetul chose passion over the safe path: leaving the bank to start OCS and bring the same rigour to corporates everywhere — building AI that isn't just impressive in a demo, but dependable in the day-to-day running of a business. That founding conviction still shapes every engagement we take on.
