Leadership

Team Lead / Engineering Manager — AI

Lead the engineering team, set technical direction, and own delivery of client AI solutions end to end.

What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers and interns across multiple client projects.
  • Own technical architecture for AI systems — LLM apps, automation pipelines, and custom agents.

  • Run code reviews, set standards, and keep delivery on track within 4–6 week cycles.
  • Work directly with the founder on strategy, hiring, and process.

What we're looking for

  • 4–5 years building and shipping software, with working knowledge of AI/ML and LLMs.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and at least one automation or AI framework (LangChain, n8n, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Proven ability to lead a small team and deliver under deadlines.
  • Strong communication — comfortable in front of clients.
  • Bonus: experience with RAG, vector databases, or computer vision.
Engineering

Senior Developer

Build and deploy AI-powered features and automation pipelines that go straight into production.
