01Our commitment
We treat everything you share with us as confidential by default. You do not need to ask. We use it only to do the work you hired us for, and we share it with no one outside the project.
02What we treat as confidential
- Documents, datasets, and records that you give us or let us access.
- Access details for your systems, such as accounts, keys, and network information.
- Your business processes, plans, pricing, and project details.
- The content of our discussions with you, and the solution we build for you before you make it public.
03Non-disclosure agreement
We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before we look at your data or internal systems. You can send us your own NDA, or ask for ours. To request one, write to hetul@onlycorporatesolutions.com.
04Who can see your information
- Only the people who work on your project, and only the part they need.
- Every person with access is bound by written confidentiality duties.
- We remove access when a project phase ends or a person leaves the project.
05How we handle your data
- We collect the least data that the project needs.
- We do not use your data to train or fine-tune models for other clients.
- We do not copy your data to personal devices or personal accounts.
- At the end of the engagement, we delete or return your data when you ask, and we confirm this in writing.
06AI providers and your data
Some solutions use a cloud AI service. We do not send your data to any AI provider unless you approve the provider, the region, and the data handling terms first. Where your policy requires it, we deploy the solution inside your own environment instead.
07Your name and our work
We do not name you as a client, use your logo, or publish details of your project without your written permission. This is why our public case studies describe clients by sector. On request, and under NDA, we can share more detail.
08Personal data of your people and customers
If a project involves personal data, we process it only on your instructions and under a data-processing agreement. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal data of visitors to this website.
09When the law requires disclosure
If a court or authority orders us to disclose your information, we disclose only what the order requires. Where the law allows, we tell you first so you can respond.
