The site gives information about OCS and our AI services, lets you contact us, apply for jobs, and try a live demo. It is not an offer to contract. Paid services are agreed in a separate written agreement or statement of work that we both sign.
02Acceptable use
When you use the site, you agree not to:

- Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems, or other users' data.
- Send malware, run automated scans or scrapers that harm performance, or overload the live demo.
- Enter false, misleading, or another person's data in a form.
- Enter confidential, personal, or regulated data in the live demo.
03Live AI demo
The demo uses an AI model to generate ideas from the text you enter. The output is for illustration. It can be incomplete or wrong, and it is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. Check any idea with a qualified person before you act on it.
04Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, logo, and code belong to OCS or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, resell, or build on our content without our written permission.
You keep ownership of the text you submit. You allow us to use it only to respond to you and to run the features described in our Privacy Policy.
05Third-party services and links
The site uses or links to services we do not control, such as Calendly and Google Forms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
06Disclaimer
We work to keep the site accurate and available. We provide it as is and as available, without a promise that it will be error-free or always online. Case studies describe real work, but results depend on each client's data, systems, and goals and are not a guarantee of future results.
07Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, OCS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss that arises from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
08Governing law
These terms follow the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site, unless a signed agreement between us says otherwise.
