Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Only Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("OCS", "we", "us") collects through onlycorporatesolutions.com, why we collect it, who sees it, and how you can control it. We write it in plain language and we follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

01Who we are

Only Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited company registered in India (CIN U62090GJ2026PTC176168). Our registered office is 408, Westface, Thaltej, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380059, India.

02What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us, plus basic technical data needed to run the site.

  • Contact form: your name, company, work email, area of interest, and the message you write.
  • Careers form: your name, phone number, email, the role you apply for, a link to your CV, and an optional message.
  • Live AI demo: the industry and focus area you type. Please do not enter personal data or confidential business information.
  • Discovery call booking: the details you give Calendly, such as your name, email, and chosen time slot.
  • Technical data: pages visited, approximate region, device and browser type. We use aggregated page-view analytics and do not build profiles of individual visitors.

03Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and to schedule or hold a discovery call.
  • To review your job application and contact you about it.
  • To generate the ideas you request in the live demo.
  • To keep the site secure, fix errors, and understand which pages are useful.
  • To meet legal duties, for example accounting and tax records.

05Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and the business. Each provider processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

  • Google (Google Forms and Google Sheets): stores contact and careers submissions.
  • Calendly: runs discovery call bookings.
  • Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service: generates the live demo ideas from the text you type.
  • Vercel: hosts the site and provides page-view analytics.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, only where the law requires it.

06International transfers

Some providers listed above store or process data outside India. We choose providers that apply recognised security safeguards, and we send them only the data they need for the task.

07How long we keep it

  • Contact enquiries: up to 24 months after our last conversation with you.
  • Job applications: up to 12 months after the hiring decision, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Live demo text: we do not store it in our own systems. The AI provider may keep logs for a limited time under its own terms.
  • Records the law requires us to keep: for the period the law sets.

08How we protect it

We serve the site over HTTPS, we limit access to submissions to the people who need them, and we review the services we use. No online system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires. See also our Security page.

09Cookies

The site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. When you open the Calendly booking window, Calendly may set its own cookies under its privacy policy. You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

10Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

  • Get a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Ask us to correct or complete data that is wrong or out of date.
  • Ask us to erase data that we no longer need.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or cannot act for yourself.
  • Complain to us, and then to the Data Protection Board of India if we do not resolve it.

11Grievance contact

To use any right above, or to raise a concern, write to our grievance contact: Hetul Shah, Founder, at hetul@onlycorporatesolutions.com. We reply within 7 working days and aim to resolve the matter within 30 days.

12Children

This site is for businesses and job applicants. It is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practice or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. We will give clear notice on the site for any material change.
