No. We build modular systems on open standards, so you can swap components or providers without a rebuild. We explain how each system works and hand over the documentation.

Yes, in most cases. We deploy into your environment and integrate with the systems you already run, such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and your databases.

You do. The solution built for you, including its source code and documentation, belongs to you once the agreed fees are paid. We set this out in the written agreement we sign before work starts.

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable components that OCS owned before your project stay with OCS. If your solution includes them, you receive a licence to use them as part of the delivered solution. Open-source components keep their own licences, and we tell you which ones we use.

No. We do not reuse your confidential information, your data, or your business logic for other clients. We keep our general skills and know-how, as any professional does. Read our Confidentiality page for details.

Yes. You own what we build. The AI provider keeps ownership of its own models and services, and its terms of use apply to them. We agree the provider with you before we use it.

Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before we see your data or internal systems.

No. We use your data only to deliver your project, and we do not use it to train models for other clients. Read more on our Security page.

The text goes to an AI model to generate ideas, and we do not save it in our own systems. Please do not enter confidential or personal data in the demo.
